Mileage figures are per-formula targets under test conditions. Actual wear depends on vehicle, load, driving cycle and disc condition — we quote the figure for the formula, never as a guarantee for a route.
Passenger car
The HC series covers quiet, low-dust ceramic driving; the JS series trades some of that comfort for bite and cost. Both are stocked in the same mould bank, so a mixed container is normal.
The value entry into ceramic: low dust, low noise, stable pedal feel in everyday traffic. Where a programme needs ceramic positioning without a premium price.
Formulated without copper, for markets where copper content in friction material is restricted or heading that way. Same dust and noise behaviour as the standard ceramic.
Brass fibre in the mix lifts heat conduction and recovery after repeated stops. The workhorse formula for European, Middle Eastern and South American distribution.
Red copper replaces brass for higher thermal transfer and a more consistent coefficient across temperature. The top of the ceramic range.
Steel and iron content tuned for cost. The volume formula for markets where price decides the order and mileage expectations are modest.
The mainstream compromise: strong initial bite, good heat tolerance, price still workable. Our highest-volume passenger car formula.
For mountain routes, stop-start urban delivery and vehicles running heavy. Holds friction level when the pads are hot and the load is not.
Commercial vehicle
Three formulas for vans, light trucks, trucks and buses — matched to load class and the mileage a fleet expects between services.
Entry formula for light commercial use, where the fleet buys on price per set and replaces on schedule rather than on wear.
The volume formula for Middle Eastern and Central Asian distribution. Balances heat capacity under load with a service life fleets can plan around.
Built for long-haul and high-mileage duty cycles where downtime costs more than the part. Highest wear resistance in the range.
Wear parts & chemicals
Small parts that decide whether a workshop can finish the job — offered under our brand or yours.
Direct-fit cables for vehicles using pad-wear warning on the dashboard. Connector types matched to the OE part.
Grouped service kits for workshops: indicator hardware, fluid, and the small consumables that go with a pad change.
SUPERSTOP aerosol cleaner for removing machining oil and bedding residue before installation.
SUPERSTOP DOT 4 for hydraulic systems, packed for retail shelf or workshop use.
