Brake discs
Machined to the dimension the caliper expects.
High-carbon alloy discs, turned to OE geometry, then finished for whichever problem your market has: heat, corrosion in storage, or the look a customer judges through the wheel.
High-precision brake disc
The baseline: high-carbon alloy, tight tolerance on thickness and run-out, balanced before packing. Where a programme needs OE-equivalent replacement with nothing added.
Cross-drilled
Drilled cooling passages move air and water off the friction face and cut unsprung mass. Partially anti-rust treated on the non-friction surfaces.
Cross-drilled & slotted
Holes plus grooves refresh the pad surface and clear debris. The choice where buyers want the performance look without going to a two-piece disc.
Heat-treated anti-rust
Stress-relieved to resist warping under repeated heat cycles, with a partial anti-rust finish that holds through roughly three years of normal storage.
Heat-treated, drilled & slotted
The same stress relief with drilled and slotted faces — the specification most often requested for Middle Eastern distribution, where heat is the dominant wear factor.
Fully coated anti-rust
Geomet zinc-aluminium coating over the whole disc, hat included. Protects through long sea freight and shelf time — five years or more under normal warehouse conditions — and needs no cleaning before fitting.
Heat and corrosion
Two problems, two finishes.
A disc that warps at 600 °C and a disc that arrives at the distributor's shelf already rusted are different failures. They are solved at different stages of the line.
Heat treatment
Castings are stress-relieved before final machining, so the disc keeps its flatness after the heat cycles a loaded vehicle puts through it.
Coating
Geomet is applied after machining. It covers the hat and the edges as well as the faces, which is where corrosion starts in a humid container.
Why high carbon
Higher carbon content absorbs and spreads heat more evenly, which is what keeps a disc from cracking around the holes and from juddering after a hard stop. It costs more per tonne and is slower to machine — it is also the difference between a disc that lasts one pad cycle and one that lasts two.
Matching
Discs and pads are quoted together.
Friction and rotor decide each other's life. When both come from the same line, the pairing is tested before it ships — and a claim about mileage has one owner rather than two.
Ask for the pairing sheet when you request a quotation: the pad formula, the disc specification and the vehicle application on one page.
We keep the disc and pad ranges in the same system so that a container can be built around a vehicle list rather than around two separate catalogues. If your market already has a disc supplier, we will quote pads against discs you already stock.
